What is Launchpad?

Launchpad is an introduction to Chelsea Green Community Groups for individuals who are new to our church, or have never been part of a community group.

Launchpad is a great introduction to how we put into practice the topics we cover on Sunday mornings – we want to be a church that walks the walk, not just talks the talk.

At CGCC, community groups are where we press the truth of the gospel into our own hearts, and into the lives of our brothers and sisters. It’s where we actually practice the grace, love, forgiveness, mercy, compassion and patience that we read about in Scripture — perfectly demonstrated by Jesus Christ.

We believe these little pockets of believers actually living out their faith in our neighbourhood is how we best accomplish our mission to seek the lost, grow together in Christ, and build our community!

There are no requirements for attending Launchpad. In fact, if you’re not a Christian, or have questions about Christianity, we would love to chat! Launchpad is a safe space for you to come with any and all of your questions.

Launchpad takes place every two weeks on Tuesdays. It’s a casual get together where people gather to discuss the sermon, get their questions answered about Jesus and Christianity in general, and build relationships over a meal.
