This coming Good Friday, at the end of our online service we will be doing communion a bit different than we normally do – we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper together as a church, yet separated in our homes.
We understand that this may raise some questions on how to do this, and so our sending church, Summerside, has provided us with this great parent’s guide to help walk you through doing it with your family at home. You can download it via the button below. They also created this awesome video walking us through the importance of Communion.
So as we prepare our hearts for this holiest of weekends, I humbly ask that you be praying through this as a family. Talk to your children about their own understanding of the Gospel of Jesus, and have the elements on hand for our Good Friday Service. Pastor Pete will walk us through Communion at the end of the service.
